"Essay On A Busy Street.I live in a crowded locality Of the area and the crowd Presents the scene of a Mela in the evening. People return from the offices, the students are back from the"The house wives come out to purchase vegetables, fruits and other domestic nee. Some young boys and girls dress themselves in their Sunday best and get busy in window-shopping.There is maximum crowd in the vegetable market. The ladies move from stall to stall and bargain for each and every item.

They are also very careful about short weighing, and keep an eye on the weighing machine. The shopkeepers have a sweet tongue and try to satisfy their customers by their polite talk. The confectioner's shop is another place of attraction. Little children guide their wards to the shop and make them buy the sweets of their choice. The girls always go in for 'chat pakoras- whereas the boys prefer "Burfi or Jalebis". The street hawkers pedal their wares very nicely. The balloon sellers carry a whole bunch of inflated balloons to attract small children. The toy sellers set their stalls on the pavements.

The news-boys sell the evening newspaper in a very nice manner. They shout out the sensational news but keep the paper folded. As soon as the customer makes the payment. he is surprised to read different head lines. Small children cannot control their games. They throw the ball and run to pick it up. It is very difficult for the cyclists and scooterists to apply brakes and save them. Kite flying is another hobby. When the kite rises high up in the sky, the eyes of the flier are glued to the string. They do not care for the crowd around and are injured in stray incidents.

The whole atmosphere is spoiled by the beggars and the cows. The beggars use every technique to win the sympathy of the old ladies. They apply different colours to their bodies. Some of them are dressed in rags.
The scene of a busy street is very interesting. Everybody is for himself but despite it, all of them make the street busy. Without people there can be no hustle and hustle. It is the people, whether the sellers or buyers. make the scene beautiful.
