Essay On The Importance of Voting. Why is voting important? Many countries in the world practice democracy. In these countries the people should elect a government after each period determined by the constitution in question. Many reasons can help us to explain the importance of each person’s vote in a democratic society. First, running a country is not easy. The leaders who will take the destiny of the country in chargeshould be persons responsible and qualified. This means, in political terms, leaders must be strong.

Any leader can be chosen by a party to represent him in an election provided that the leader respect standards established by the constitution. You, as a person who has the power to elect your candidate, must make a good choice. There is internal and external policy of the government that’s very important for a country.

If you found that the general policy of one of the parties who are in the race represents nothing in terms of development for the country’s progress, then you must prevent this party from becoming the leader of this country. By using your vote, you must vote for those you think are good for your country. If you don’t vote other people are going to make the decisions for you.

For example: if you believe in education you must vote for the party you see who has the best program for education and so on. This is why it is important to vote. In a democratic state, voting is the only way to fight against the false leaders who wish to take the destiny of the country.

I think voting is very important to the future of a country. Hopefully you can learn some of the history, reasons, and ways you can get involved with voting. You must learn how to use your civic voice when it comes to making decisions to elect a government in question.
Essay On Voting Rights.Voting is a formal indication of choices between two or more candidates. It’s also a responsibility, not a requirement. I always hear them say, if you don’t vote someone else will do it for you and it might be against your choices. It’s like you don’t have a right to complain. Voting is not just supporting an idea. It’s about supporting a peaceful solution to the way a country is governed.

I don’t think most people realize what an amazing thing it is that we can give power or we can take it away. We can limit authority or enlarge it. We must have a say in this because we know that too much power can absolutely corrupt a person or a group of people.Elections bring a lot of important issues out.

If you’re watching all the debates you will be able to judge who did a good or a bad job or which of the candidates can do the job well with your plan. At the least, you can compare them. Before you vote you’re supposed to be informed of the characteristics of the candidates to help you determine how they will perform in office.

At least the candidate must be honest, moral, skillful, and willing to work hard representing you. Hopefully you choose the right one who can make decisions for your future and all the other citizens, too.

Essay On My Future Plan.Nearly every person has an ambition to become something, or they have a goal they are trying to reach. Some people want to be celebrities, while others just want to make money. My ambition is to make money being a computer tech. When you find that you can perform a certain skill, and you know how to do it well, then you can make a profit while doing it for other people. I would like to be involved with fixing computers and eventually retire early, if possible.

About 4 months ago I was on my laptop when it locked up. There was a virus on my screen. I thought to myself, “I have to fix this.” So I just started reading instructions about the problem. This taught me to regularly back up my computer. Once I figured it out, I discovered that not everyone knows how to fix computers. I find myself fixing my laptop all the time. Since I do this a lot, I have become pretty good at it. Fixing computers will be a great job for me once I finish my high school education and then get a certificate from a trade school like Locklin Tech. It is always beneficial to be good at a specific trade.

The case may come up when I have to use this skill under a specific guideline that requires me to know all about it. I will be a computer tech expert that people can call on for help when their screen freezes up. Finally, when a computer job does become available, then I will have the knowledge and instructions to navigate towards a great career in the field of computers. So, that is my goal I am working toward.

Essay On My Mother. There comes a point in life where we just end up admiring a person for all the hard work they have done. There is one person I do admire and that is my mother. I admire my mom so much just because of the woman she has become, the fact that she has supported me for 19 years already and has built a friendship with me. I couldn’t be any more grateful than I already am. My mother is one of my biggest blessings. The woman my mom has become has been a huge influence in my life.

Seeing my mother trying to be the best mom out there is something so beautiful. She has succeeded in being a great mother. She never gave up even when times got rough. She stayed on her two feet and sought the Lord, who gave her peace, love, happiness and wisdom. Not only has my mother been great, but she’s been my supporter. I remember it like if it were yesterday when I was turning one! Being a supporter has been one of her best qualities. She encourages me to do the things that I like.

For example, I want to study teaching, special education to be exact, and my mom is behind me onehundred percent. She’s amazing! There is nothing more important than building a friendship with our parents. My mom is not only my mother but my best friend. She will always love, will always give me advice and never let me down because she is a real friend. She plays many different roles in my life and her being able to be my friend is the most important one.

Without her being there, I would be lost. To admire someone is to appreciate everything that person has done for you. In my case, I admire my biggest blessing, my mother. She has become an amazing woman, she is always there for me, and we have built an outstanding friendship. I thank God every single day for letting me have such a wonderful person in my life.

Essay On My House Essay On My Family

Essay On My House.Last summer I went back to visit my family in Lahore Pakistan. I looked forward to enjoying authentic Pakistani food, socializing with friends and relatives, and play dates and activities for the children. Lahore is famous for Pakistani food. Restaurants stay open till midnight. In my country there are many American fast food chains. Some of them serve food with Pakistani spices that make those food items very popular. American food helped my kids get adjusted in a new environment. I enjoyed staying with my family and the homemade meals made by our cook.

Having the chores and our meals prepared by the servants was a luxury that all of us cherished. Knowing that our laundry and other household duties are taken care of enabled us to socialize more frequently with friends and relatives. Most of my free time involved watching movies, going shopping and trying different restaurants. Since my children had a nanny who entertained and nourished them, I even had more time to pamper myself with a facial and other beauty treatments.

These treatments could be done in our home or at the local beauty parlor. These pleasures were sorely missed when I returned to America. My relatives often came to visit and we would talk and share thoughts about our jobs, their future goals, jokes and sometimes secrets that only siblings share. There were many picnics and family outings throughout the three months of my visit. My children had many cousins of their age so they used to have play dates all day long.

There were grandparents, uncles and aunts to talk to them and play with them. The kids loved to go to my parents’ farmhouse which was a one hour drive from my parents’ home. Although we really enjoyed our trip, but we also missed our home and friends in America. We looked forward to our return to the states as now we are eager to begin with new memories and experiences.
Essay On A Beautiful Mornings .Normally, I wasn’t free in the mornings. I would prepare to go to work and later I would go to school. Recently, I lost my job and I’ve been going to school late because I wanted to enjoy the beautiful mornings.
I have three or four things that I enjoy in my back yard in the morning between 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. I study my GED vocabulary and exercise at the same time. I enjoy listening to the natural music.

The music from the ocean waves hitting the sea walls, the wind hitting the sailboat’s masts in the canal, and the birds singing in the trees all bring joy to me! These are wonderful mornings, the best I’ve have had for a long time.  Many birds have different voices, and their voices are beautiful. The seagulls’ voices are not as nice as the land birds’ voices, I feel. The smallest birds’ voices are sweeter than the larger birds’ voices.

Even the music from the banana trees is different from the music from the big pine trees. What do you think?
There are a lot of activities I can enjoy in my back yard. I can swing lying in the hammock, I can swim in the pool, I can paddle my kayak, and I can use the exercise equipment. But I have to take care of the back yard, too.

If I don’t it looks bad; it doesn’t look clean. It’s very bad looking now! I haven’t taken care of it for at least a month.I hope and wish that I would have enough money to live on. Then I’ll continue to go to school and enjoy beautiful mornings in my back yard. I would have time to take care of it. I’m going to
pray to God to give me my wish, and I’ll also buy some Lotto tickets.

When I finish my GED, I’ll invite all my teachers and my classmates to my house. I’ll have a party in my back yard. That’s my inspiration! I’ve never had a party at my house since I moved there in 1997. I’m very afraid of the GED test; by the time I pass it, I may be very, very, very old!
Essay On Adult EducationMy experience in adult education and literacy has been terrific. It takes me just seven months to be able to
communicate in English with people from different countries. Honestly, during the first month in class I hought that it was impossible to learn, because I did not understand the language. I only understood the English that my boyfriend spoke but not too much in the beginning. We are together and we are a solid couple just because of the power of love and Google Translate.

My hearing is not yet tuned to understand how others speak.I have improved tremendously, because this program for adults has very good teaching methods and a very professional educator. My teacher does an excellent job. She is an incredible woman who tries to help everybody of different nationality with different concerns. She motivates us to study hard. Without a doubt, she is a valuable asset for us to achieve our goals, because she does not only teach English, she encourages us to be a part of this society.

I remember one day I had to prepare myself for an interview. It was my first interview in English and I called her for help. After the interview, I got the job!Studying and working are two difficult tasks. Many mornings when my alarm rang, I did not want to get up, because I did not have enough hours of sleep. The work was difficult, because I did not have the English skills.

This is my first reason to continue studying English very hard. With good English skills I should be able to get a better job. Thus, this would equate to becoming a better team player and having a better quality of life in general. Beside attending class at the adult education I also receive assistance from the Literacy Volunteers of America. I have a very good tutor who helps me with my pronunciation and reading.

He is a retired doctor. Now, I have a good job with benefits. My advice to everyone is that if you want to succeed in America, learn English, stay focused, and sacrifice your time to do it. In the long run you will receive the reward. I am going to continue studying, because my ultimate goal is to be an accountant one day.

I Love Music Essay On I Love Music

I Love Music.Music is something that I admire. I cannot go a day without listening to music. I listen to music when I am sad or happy. Music is a part of my life. I listen to fast music when I am glad and when I want to dance; but I like slow songs more.

When I am happy I enjoy the music, when I feel sad I understand the lyrics. I can show my feelings with music. Music is one of the best things to relax my mind.

I do not know how my life would be without music. I might go crazy without music. My life is lighter with music. When I listen to music I feel like I am far away from my problems and I start to live in my dreams. If I am in a bad mood I feel better after listening to music.

I can listen to music all day. I imagine the story of the song while listening to it. I think the singers share their feelings with us. I listen to music every day, that is why my headphones are always broken. I will listen to music until my last breath. Right now I am trying to listen to more English songs because it will help me learn more English.

It is by far one of the cleanest beaches I’ve been to. It’s relaxing just to sit on the shore all day and watch other people fishing off the pier or view the boats out in the ocean.

I used to go every weekend and my friends and I would get together and go to Carolina Beach.  My best friends, who live in Pakistan  help me through everything. They were in Islamabad for about 3 years and moved back to Fayetteville, Pakistan where they are from. We’ve been separated for 7 years, but we keep in contact every day. In 2007,

Essay On My House. The house holds many things inside. It could be chaotic or full of happiness. It familiarized itself with technology with its cell phone, satellite, TV's remotes, and computer. It familiarizes itself with laughter and tears, hopes and fears. It holds many secrets. Did you ever hear the saying if only these walls could talk what a tale they could tell? The house can be very demanding it needs to be cleaned just like our body and souls it needs up keep like a nice paint job, new furniture, rugs. Just like we need our hair fixed, new suit or dress.

It has a door you can lock to keep humans out. A door that opens leads you to another place that God made which is called outside. Around nature a place where you can collect your thoughts and leave all your trouble behind where the sky is painted by God. Where birds fly and flower grows. When you come here there is no trouble inside the house.

Essay On A Mosque Visit To A Mosque

Essay On A Mosque Visit To A Mosque.Mosque is a place of worship for all the people. It is a very important building in the town or city. It is the centre of attraction for all. It stands for the embodiment the religious fervour of the people, and hence on such buildings neither money nor attention is spared to make them grand and noble. On auspicious days such places are thronged with people. Special prayers are offered on these days, or the people in gala dress gather together to offer prayers in a body.

As these places are very special, they ought to be very carefully looked after. These places besides ministering to the religious needs of the people, also serve as a common meeting ground, and conduce to social and national solidarity. It is very essential that in mosques a calm and serene atmosphere should prevail, because it is only in such conditions that the true religious spirit can be engendered. Mosques should be neat, clean and comfortable, where one may be able to hold communion with God undisturbed.

It is a pity that in Pakistan most of our mosques are far from being what they ought to be. Men in charge who should be models of piety and religious zeal are in most cases corrupt, and cases are on record. in which their diabolical deeds make one's hair stand on end. These devils in human form ought not to be kept in such places at all; and very careful supervision on the part of the public is necessary to ensure the purity of such sacred places.

The income and expenditure and management of these places should be entirely under public control. Some Mosques are richly endowed, and the income is wasted in satisfying the low tastes of Maulvis and followers. Every one should be aware of these persons and take care that Mosques funds be used for charity purposes.
Mosques are made for the prayer and when the large number of people gathered together at the time of prayer, they presents a very picturesque and spiritual scene.

In Mosques, great care is taken to make the place impressive and comfortable. Art is employed in such places in the service of religion, and this is the real function of art. From the religious places, you can judge of the aesthetic and artistic tastes of the people. There mosques must be kept clean and beautiful.

Essay On A Visit To A Hill Station

Essay On A Visit To A Hill Station. It is a great pleasure to visit a hill station in summer. It was in these months that I visited the Murree hills. I went there to spend a part of my summer vacation. To enjoy this visit fully, I also invited some close friends. We left Lahore for Murree by bus and reached Rawalpindi at about eleven o'clock. As we knew that Murree was a costly place, we purchased many things of daily need from Rawalpindi.

We reached Murree at about 3 p.m. the same day. It was a fine cloudy day and the weather was very pleasant. We put up at an old hotel, called the 'Sunny View'. After having rested there for a while, we came out to have a view of the hills. It was a new experience for or one was in level with the door of the other. This looked very interesting. The valley below the hills looked like a great cup full of beautiful flowers and flowing streams. On the first day we walked to the Kashmir Point and enjoyed ourselves with its beautifuVview.

Well-dressed ladies and gents crowded the Mall cafes and tea-houses. I wondered how so many educated and cultured people had come together at such a far off hill station at one and the same time. In the evening, when we were returning to our hotel, it grew dark and a gentle shower of rain began to fall. Wee hurried back and reacheitto our hotel in ten minutes. Then we changed our dress as it had become quite wet due to rain. The night was quite cold and I hadto cover myself with a blanket.

Throughout the night it continued raining, but when it was dawn, the rain stopped. We were very glad to see this sudden change of weather. After our breakfast we went out to see the Sanitorium down in the valley. This is a beautiful little spot situated in a fine valley. There are thick forests of pine trees, and the entire area is green and charmirg. There are also many fruit gardens on the slopes. On our way back we crossed two fast- flowing streams. The water of these streams was very cold and clean, but it was not so deep.

After three day's stay in the hills we returned to Lahore, which was as hot and dry as we hand left it. Nayhow, our shorts visit to the Murree Hills was a good change and I shall ever remember the beautiful "Sunny View, and the Kashmir Point. These were perhaps the most well-spent days of my life.

Essay On A Visit To A Village. When someone visits a village, it seems that he has come to a different planet. Life moves so fast in city that the residents feel hard to keep pace with. it. The automobiles spread smoke every where. Everyone seems to be running from place to place. He may use a car. mobile or a city transport. Animals and birds seem to have disappeared or migrated to some other lands.

It was my first visit to a village which is not far away from Lahore. Only one bus goes there in the morning and returns in the evening. The passengers had not only put milk-drums in the bus but also carried huge bags. Some of them were sitting on the roof. As we passed through the link roads, there were green fields all around. The farmers had sown the winter crop and were watering the plants carefully. I had never come across so much green space anywhere in the city:

The bus stopped near a pond which was giving out a stinking smell, I covered my nose with hand-kerchief. We were to reach the school. The lane was covered with mud. As we started. some cows and buffaloes came from behind. They ran into one another and might have trampled me but I was saved due to my alertness.

An old man was sitting on a cot smoking hookah. Some children were playing around him. It looked as if life had come to a standstill. When I requested a villager to guide me to the school, he asked a small boy to take us there. There was a small building with only two rooms. The students were sitting on coil mats. They were writing on their wooden plates called Takhties. There was dullness all around: I could not hear noise of any type except the barking of a few dogs.

• There were a few well-dressed young-men who told me that they were employed in the city. They had come there to visit their • relatives.. I was told that there were no . marketing and clinical facilities in the village. I have decided to work for these villages when I osoW up.

Essay On Our College Canteen

Essay On Our College Canteen.AR the corridors of the college should lead to canteen but unfortunately. It is in one corner of the college. It has a small window through which the contractor supplies us everything. For the last some days, our principal has allowed a stall of Polka ice-cream. There are two other counters for books and stationery and beverages. It is only the parents who visit the stationery counter.

The students go there only under compulsion. Their most favourite haunt is the ice-cream vendor. The students flock round it and buy it in different colours and sizes. Their mouth waters and they want to break the queue to have it first. The second favourite counter is that ot beverages. They wash down their lunch with some cola or a cup ol tea. They sip it slowly so that it can last for the whole period. As the bottle starts showing its bottom, their speed also decreases.

The suck the last drop with a heavy heart as if it is the end of their friendship with the bottle. The third counter to attract a small crowd is the place when they get snacks. Toffees and chocolates are in great demand. Somt students, who miss their lunch box at home, take bread-pakoras slices and cakes. Some teachers also make a bee line for thi counter.

Every one is in a hurry. There is a rule of come first, ge first but the students do not follow it. They always hand ove money to the students who are just near the counter and ask their to purchase the snacks for them. As the recess period is over, the leave their disney-land with a heavy heart. The students go their way to the class-rooms. One can see gloom written large on their face. They get themselves ready to attend the last period willy-nilly.
